Sometimes growth sneaks up on you. Other times, you step back and realize the year you just had was unlike any other.
For us, 2025 has been the latter.
Today we announced that learning technology veteran Charlie Chung is joining The Regis Company as Vice President of Sales—a strategic hire that reflects where we've been and where we're headed. But Charlie's appointment is just one piece of a much bigger story about what our team has accomplished this year.
The Numbers Tell Part of the Story
We've posted 100% revenue growth year-over-year, a milestone that validates what we've believed for years: organizations are ready to move beyond traditional training methods that can't keep pace with today's skill requirements. We've expanded our Fortune 500 client roster with new enterprise accounts across healthcare, insurance, technology, and professional services. And we've now served over 1.2 million learners across 25+ major enterprises including PwC, Lilly, IBM, Abbott, and Accenture.
But the Product Evolution Tells More
This year we launched Jumpstart and Smart Templates and introduced an AI content creation engine that reduces simulation development time by up to 75%. That's not just a feature release—it's a fundamental shift in how quickly organizations can deploy skills practice at scale. We've also earned recognition from industry analysts who are starting to see what we've known: that AI-powered simulation represents the next generation of learning technology.
What Charlie Brings to the Team
Charlie's track record speaks for itself. As a senior executive at NovoEd, he helped scale a social learning platform to category leadership. He's a recognized thought leader, speaker, and author on learning technology innovation. But what excites us most is his passion for the convergence of AI technology, skills-based learning, and measurable business impact—the exact intersection where SimGate lives.
As our CEO Michael Vaughan put it, "After 20 years of building simulation-based learning, the market validation we're seeing today is extraordinary." Charlie's expertise will help us meet that demand and democratize this technology across the industry.
What's Next
We're grateful for the clients, partners, and team members who made this year possible. The momentum we're seeing isn't just about growth metrics—it's about proving that skills practice works, that AI can accelerate learning design, and that organizations are ready to measure what matters.
