NEW_LP - ATD Demo Day 8.18

[Webinar Recording]: Who's Actually Ready? Skills Intelligence for HR Leaders

Watch Kevin Himmel and Holly Hamann's ATD Demo Day session on what 40,971 captured decisions reveal about who in your workforce is ready for more.

Judgment is the number one skill required to harness AI. Every employer wants it, but few workforces have enough of it, and the gap keeps widening. You cannot hire your way out of that, so building it is the option left. You can't build what you can't see.

In this session, Kevin walks through the live Skills Intelligence dashboard our Fortune 1000 clients use, drawn from a deployment where 1,650 consultants practiced inside AI-powered business simulations. Every choice they made became data.

What's Covered

  • Why demand for judgment keeps climbing while the supply of it does not
  • A live walk-through of the Skills Intelligence dashboard
  • What 40,971 decisions reveal about readiness across a full employee population
  • How behavioral evidence feeds Eightfold, Cornerstone, TechWolf, and the rest of your talent stack
